Additionally, property investments of AED 2 million (approximately NT$17.9 million) qualify for a 10-year golden visa, which allows for legal residency and the ability to bring three generations. Furthermore, foreigners can open bank accounts and apply for mortgages in Dubai, with loan-to-value ratios of up to 50-60%.
