Throne Property’s Bangkok headquarters immediately activated its emergency response protocol. Led by CEO Mr. Tank Chen, a 20-member task force was formed to carry out inspections across all managed properties. We have been working closely with developers, building management teams, and tenants to conduct thorough checks, including structural safety assessments, repairs, and tenancy support, ensuring every homeowner and tenant feels safe and secure.

From our preliminary inspections, some properties show damage such as wall peeling or interior fixture issues. For structural concerns, we will coordinate with developers to perform professional safety evaluations. Safety remains our highest priority, and we will follow up with official structural safety reports.
